Repair or replace?

If your windscreen is chipped or cracked, it's important to get it checked immediately by an expert who will decide whether it is safe to repair - or better to replace. In most cases the cost will be covered by your automotive insurance without affecting your no-claims bonus.

If the windscreen is chipped, it can crack at any time. So it is vital that the chip is repaired using a special resin. Once this is done, the chip will be virtually invisible and your windscreen will be strong and safe again.

If your windscreen is cracked, it will need replacing as soon as possible. Your fitter will be able to order the correct windscreen for your car immediately for overnight delivery. Once the new windscreen has been fitted, your windscreen will be as new again.
