This own content must be differentiated to content made available by other providers. Glavista makes third party content available by means of links. This third party content was examined when setting the first link with regard to whether it triggers potential responsibility under civil law or criminal law. However, the possibility cannot be precluded that the content will subsequently be changed by the respective providers. Glavista does not continuously examine the content to which Glavista links in its offering with regard to changes which could establish any new responsibility. Pursuant to §§ 18 ECG, Glavista, as a service provider, is also not required to monitor transmitted or stored third party information or look into circumstances which indicate illegal activity. If you are of the opinion that one or more linked external pages violate applicable law, please inform us immediately. Upon learning about any corresponding violations of the law, we will immediately remove this content. Liability is only possible after the point in time when we learn about the situation.
